1. Passengers must complete an "Application for Entry" before departure at https://ivisitanguilla.com/ . They must present an "Electronic Travel Authorization Certificate" upon arrival.
2. Passengers must have a printed negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test taken within 3-5 days before arrival. The test must be based on nasopharyngeal swab.
3. Passengers must have health insurance to cover COVID-19 expenses.
- This does not apply to residents of Anguilla.
4. Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 PCR test upon arrival.

Quarantine at government designated site or Government approved self-quarantine facility.
With effect 12 April people applying to enter Anguilla either as an individual or with other persons all who must produce evidence that they have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and received their final dose 21 days before arrival, will be required to quarantine for 7 days on arrival. A negative COVID-19 test will be required before a person can leave quarantine.

International Restrictions
Entry to Anguilla
Anguilla's air and sea ports are closed to all inbound passenger movements from 11:59pm local on 22 April until at least 11:59pm local Thursday 6 May. This date is kept under review and may be extended. If you wish to travel to Anguilla you will need prior approval from the Government’s Health Team. You can apply for approval by completing the online form on the Government’s COVID-19 website COVID-19 website. As part of the approval process you must provide evidence of a negative COVID-19 test taken 3 – 5 days before the planned date of your arrival. The regular ferry service from Marigot Port (French St. Martin) to Blowing Point Ferry Port has been suspended until further notice.
*Testing / screening on arrival: All persons entering Anguilla are subject to testing on arrival.
Internal Restrictions
Travel in Anguilla
Churches, bars and restaurants are open, and groups of up to 25 fully-vaccinated people may meet indoors and outdoors. Until further notice shops and other essential services will only be open from 5am to 7pm local time, with people expected to be home by 8pm. Schools and non-essential services remain closed. People can exercise outdoors for 90 minutes a day between the hours of 6am to 6pm. Safe social distancing should be observed.
